Steven Lee, Owner
He brings over 25 years of diverse business experience spanning technology, sales, retail, import/export, accounting, and commercial cleaning. A graduate of Simon Fraser University, Steven began his career in IT before moving into sales and entrepreneurship, eventually managing multiple Chevron stations for over a decade. As founder of JES Building Services, he combines hands-on operational expertise with a focus on innovation, efficiency, and client satisfaction. His leadership is defined by integrity, teamwork, and a commitment to excellence in every aspect of service delivery.
Jasmine Chu, Owner
She bringing over 20 years of business management and customer service expertise. She holds a Diploma in Hospitality, managed a retail Cellular phone store for three years, and was a Chevron retailer for eight years before founding JES. For the past 13 years, she has led JES Building Services while also serving as the Past President of the BC Contract Cleaners Association. Born and raised in Vancouver and a proud mother of three, Jasmine is dedicated to delivering exceptional client service and building lasting partnerships.
Edmund Chan, Owner
He bringing both business knowledge and hands-on operational experience to the team. He earned his Diploma in Business from BCIT and built his management skills as a Store Manager at Rogers and The Source. He went on to operate as a Chevron retailer for 13 years before JES Building Services. At JES, Edmund specializes in inventory and product management, ensuring the company uses effective, reliable, and cost-efficient equipment and supplies to deliver consistent results for clients.
