  Containment, negative air where required, air scrubbers, and repeated de-dusting to protect occupants and finishes.

• Punch-List Detailing
  Paint spatter removal, spot-cleaning of marks, caulk smears, mirror and glass detailing, and final touch-ups before inspection.

• Debris & Packaging Removal
  Sweep-out, bagging, sorting and hauling, with responsible disposal or recycling.

• Floor Care
  Construction dust removal, hard-surface cleaning, initial scrub and buff; carpet HEPA vacuuming and spot treatment.

• Photo Reports & Sign-Off
  Before/after images and a completion checklist for your records.
